HIGHLAND HOMELESS TRUST
CHRISTMAS APPEAL 2011
Registered Charity No: SC028837
57 Church Street, Inverness
This Christmas please help us to Challenge Homelessness and Social Disadvantage
Each week, every week, the Highland Homeless Trust provides accommodation, support and practical help to around 150 people who have no permanent home of their own. We do this by providing a range of services that enable vulnerable men and women to begin to re-build their life, raise their self-esteem and overcome their problems.
In addition to accommodation, the services we provide include washrooms, laundry facilities, access to medical attention and hot food. We also try to meet other basic living needs in practical ways by providing clothing, toiletries and positive social activities that help disadvantaged people to access training and employment. Our services are not glamorous but they really do make a lasting difference to vulnerable people of all ages.
Your gift of food, clothing or money will be used to help provide the support and services that vulnerable people, who might otherwise have to sleep rough, really need during the winter’s harshest months.
Please consider supporting our work. No gift or donation is too small and every single penny will help us to provide support and accommodation to homeless people.
Yours sincerely
Mrs Ella MacRae
